1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, engaging our services, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with engaging our services.

2. Services Provided

Emmanuel Security Systems provides installation, supply, and maintenance of security and electrical systems including but not limited to:

• CCTV surveillance systems
• Electric fence systems
• Razor wire fencing
• Automatic gate motors
• Doorbell camera systems
• House wiring and lighting

All services are subject to a site assessment and a formal written quotation prior to commencement of work.

3. Quotations

All quotations provided by Emmanuel Security Systems are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on information provided by the client and may be revised following a physical site inspection. We reserve the right to adjust a quotation if site conditions differ materially from what was described.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any project. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• The balance is due upon completion of installation
• Payments may be made via mobile money, bank transfer, or cash as agreed

Emmanuel Security Systems reserves the right to suspend or withhold services where payments are outstanding.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the property and security requirements
• Ensuring safe and timely access to the site for our technicians
• Obtaining any necessary permissions or approvals from landlords, estate management, or local authorities prior to installation
• Operating installed systems in accordance with provided instructions

6. Warranties

Emmanuel Security Systems warrants that all installations will be carried out with reasonable skill and care. Equipment warranties are subject to the terms provided by the respective manufacturers. We do not warrant against damage caused by power surges, acts of God, misuse, or unauthorised modifications to installed systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Emmanuel Security Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or failure of installed systems. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the specific service contract in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
